Irving Graham (2003)

Mr Graham is an Advocate specialising in Criminal law and Asylum and Immigration law. As a criminal practitioner, Mr Graham has undertaken various cases in the Crown Court, Magistrates Court and Youth Courts concerning Firearms, Rape, Drugs, Burglary Robbery, Public Order, Assault, Identity Fraud and Financial Deception offences.

In particular, he was involved in a high profile four week murder trial at the Old Bailey, was led in a major kidnapping case, dealt with a case involving death by careless driving, and made representation at a confiscation hearing at the Magistrates Court connected with a high profile ‘honour killing’ case at the Old Bailey.

Mr Graham has also appeared at the Old Bailey pleading ‘ special reasons ' in a drink-driving appeal.

Mr Graham has extensive advocacy experience in Asylum and Immigration matters in having made numerous representations at hearings in the Asylum and Immigration Tribunal, including appearing before High Court Judges in dealing with security sensitive Immigration appeals.

Mr Graham also accepts civil law work, having appeared in possession proceedings and applications to set aside default judgements in the County Courts, and made application for a penal notice in a family contact order matter at the Royal Courts of Justice.

Mr Graham is a graduate of the London School of Economics and Political Science (BSc.Econ.(Hons) in Government & Law) and post-graduate of City University (LLM in Criminal Litigation).
