Crime
Anne prosecutes and defends at the Crown Court and also has Court of Appeal
experience. She has acted in a wide range of cases including kidnap, sexual offences
involving both children and adults, general dishonesty, violence, firearms and drugs
offences.
Family
Children Act (both public and private law), including applications to remove children
from the jurisdiction, domestic violence and ancillary relief.
Anne has a particular interest in care work, where she has experience of acting for the
parents, the Guardian and the Local Authority.
Anne is a member of the Criminal Bar Association and the Family Law Bar Association.
