Criminal Law
In a career spanning 40 years Mr de Moller has prosecuted and defended in a large variety of serious cases ranging through all categories from murder to serious fraud.
He has experience as the head of chambers at a successful criminal set and became Head of Chambers in March 2006.
He has occupied positions as leading counsel for the Post Office, BT, Customs and Excise and the former Board of Trade (DTI).
He is instructed in commercial fraud cases by both prosecution and defence.
Fluent in Russian and Polish.

Mr de Moller’s civil practice involves mainly commercial work including international arbitration in cases involving the Government of Poland and Iran. He has knowledge of Middle Eastern affairs and has acted in a number of claims involving Middle Eastern clients
